¾ Inch x ½ Inch diameter Cast Iron Body Insulating Union Service Valve Fitted With Brass Plug , Lock Wing Type , capable being Locked in the Closed Position . The Valve should be Suitable for installation at the end of a Gas Service Connection terminating above Ground at the Entrance to a Consumer Premises .For All Specific requirement the valve Operates over a temperature of -20F till 150F and maximum Inlet Pressure of 100 Psig.

CAP of Tee made up of from Grey Cast Iron ASTM-A-126 Gr,B for an Operating Pressure of 250 Psig.

Plug of tee made from Solid BrassRod ASTM B-16, wrought free Cutting Brass , Plug is Engaged with the Internal Threads on the Top of tee body.

Swivel and Nut Assembly  is  the Pre fabricated meter installation Assembly consisting of Mild Steel plate and Two Swivels along with Two Rubber Washers.

Material of Steel Plate is Good Quality mild Steel .Swivels are casted from High Copper Brass Alloy AS TM B-584. Octagonal Nut also Casted from Copper Brass Alloy ASTM B-584 .

Rubber washer made from Neoprene Vulcanized Rubber .

The regulator body is capable of holding an Inlet Pressure of 125 Psig .regulator have the Inlet and Out let Connections of ½ inch BSPTT(female). These regulators can be operated over a temperature range of -20Deg F to 150Degree F .

Diaphragm Casing made up of Die Cast Aluminum alloy (LM-6) or equivalent material .The Internal valve Linkages are made up of Corrosion Resistant Bronze AST M B-584/Aluminum Alloy .

Relief Valve including the Relief Spring of ASTm227-41 . Orifice is made up of Bronze or aluminum alloy .

Loading Springs  are of ASTM 227-41.. All regulators set to deliver 50 SCFH of Natural gas as per the SSGC requirement at an inlet Pressure of 2 Psig .

It is Use to make a connection between Steel Pipe and MDPE pipe(PE-80). The MDPE Pipe with One end Plain as per the specifications detailed in MDPE-P-001/00 .

Black ERW Steel Pipe is as per the Specifications as laid down in API standards 5L Gr.B . One end of the Pipe beveled for Welding . Angle of Bevel is 30 Degree. A monolithic Joint between the Steel and MDPE, which is Leak free and mechanically stronger than the parent pipes.

¾ Inch nominal Dia 1.050 inches OD , API standards 5L Gr.B,0.113 inches all thickness steel pipe weld end suitable for the welding ¾ inch diameter Steel Pipe of the same Specification, the Pipe portion is Coated with Epoxy left the Cut back of 100mm for Welding .The Other End is of 20mm dia PE-80 Pipe SDR-9 of yellow Color plain End.
